The entrance and communal areas of a building development make a statement about the community therein.
A bronze monument at the entrance would make a statement of distinction, class, and uniqueness thus making it more marketable in today’s competitive market. Bronze may also be used as a sales incentive.
Case Study
The Seaway Landing project in upstate New York is a prime example. Located near the St. Lawrence Seaway, and given the development’s name, a flock of landing Canada Geese were an obvious choice of subject for this monument. Preliminary sketches of the monument design helped the developer in the permitting process for this project.
